Communication Cards for Neurodivergent Adults

Many neurodivergent adults struggle with being able to communicate when in meltdown/shutdown or in conflict with partners, family, or friends. These communication cards have 8 different ideas of communicating how you need to regulate yourself along with 3 "create your own" blank cards. The intention is to print them out to use in place of verbal communication when needed.
