Help clients build awareness and compassion for the different "parts" of themselves with this engaging three-page Parts Mapping Tool.
Inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed concepts, this worksheet encourages clients to identify protective parts, understand when they appear, explore what they are trying to protect, and reconnect with their compassionate Core Self. The language is intentionally accessible, making it appropriate even for clinicians who do not formally practice IFS.
