Personal Identity Handout

This is a worksheet I use with clients who are struggling with various pieces of their identity. It is based on the concept that we have ALL of the characteristics of humanity within ourselves (good, bad, and in between), and that what we curate and to what extent we do so is ultimately the primary indicator as to who we are as a person.
