Self-Care Treasure Map (Board Game!)

Looking for a creative way to introduce clients to self-care strategies and practice those skills with your clients in session?  This listing includes a PDF printable board game with game pieces and game cards.  Players move around the board by drawing game cards; when they land on a Destination, they choose a Coping Skill from that Destination and practice it. 

No dice or other materials needed; everything needed to play is included in this listing (though you can choose to use your own game pieces and laminate the materials for extra durability).
