What Fills Your Cup? (therapy activity)

We frequently talk about factors that “empty our cup” (drain our energy, bring us down, etc.) compared to factors that “fill our cup” (give us energy, help us feel better, etc.).  This is an activity to help clients bring awareness to this concept and what it looks like for them in a fun, visually appealing way.  

This item is available in a fillable, printable PDF format, so it can be used in-person or over telehealth.  Empty and completed versions can be emailed, uploaded to your EHR, etc.
