Talking About Feelings Using Emojis (telehealth activity)

This is a fun telehealth activity to facilitate conversations about emotions that is especially useful for teens and preteens who struggle with talking directly about how they feel.  The activity uses emojis to explore emotions and emotional expression in a relatable way that most clients already use.  

This item is a digital download and contains detailed instructions, sample questions/topics, tips from my experience in doing this activity, and a space to write your own questions and topics.  It also has clickable links (and written out URLs, if you prefer to print this resource) to all of the resources mentioned in the instructions.  All of the required resources are free and do now require downloads.
